National Operations Manager

Kulbardi, an Aboriginal-owned business supplying consumables to mining, resources and corporate Australia, is seeking an experienced National Operations Manager to join our Leadership Team, reporting directly to the General Manager.

This is a newly created, senior role, based in Perth, that is central to developing, scaling and strengthening our Direct-to-Consumer and E-Commerce platform. The role will have a strong focus on leading the customer service and procurement teams, building operational frameworks, and strengthening ERP and EDI capability. You will play a critical role in ensuring all customer KPIs are met or exceeded.
