National Operations Manager (Security)

Constant is seeking an experienced and highly professional National Operations Manager to lead our multi state operations across a diverse mix of sectors. This exciting opportunity has arisen as the current incumbent moves into a new advisory role within the business. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role is perfect for a strategic operator who can inspire teams, implement structure, and drive operational excellence at a national level.

As National Operations Manager, you’ll bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring client focused service delivery while improving efficiency, consistency, and scalability. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on change management, operational optimisation, and building high performing, accountable teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop operational managers and their teams across multiple states, fostering leadership capability, accountability, and engagement.

• Deliver consistent, high quality service across all contracts, ensuring compliance with WHS legislation, licensing requirements, and client expectations.

• Implement and drive national operational strategies, process improvements, and cost saving initiatives aligned with organisational growth.

• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as the primary escalation point for operational matters and championing client satisfaction.

• Optimise operational systems and processes, leveraging technology to improve efficiency, reporting, and performance.

• Champion a culture of safety, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across all sites.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in multi-state operational leadership, ideally within the security or service industries.

• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, inspire teams, and embed accountability.

• Strong operational expertise with a track record of implementing structure, improving processes, and delivering results.

• Commercially astute, with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and contract compliance.

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Operations, or related fields preferred; leadership certifications and security/licensing credentials highly desirable.
