About the Company



Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and manage national OTC sales operations across India.
  • Drive business growth, market expansion, and revenue targets for the OTC portfolio.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, GTM plans, and channel expansion initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor Zonal & Regional Sales Teams to achieve performance excellence.
  • Strengthen trade marketing, distribution reach, and secondary sales performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams for seamless execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer insights to refine strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.


About the Role



Candidate Profile



  • Extensive experience in OTC / Consumer Healthcare sales within leading pharma companies.
  • Currently working as NSM / ZSM / Senior Sales Leader handling OTC business.
  • Proven track record of managing large teams and national sales operations.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.


Qualifications



  • Graduate in Pharmacy / Life Sciences (MBA preferred).
  • 18+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with strong OTC exposure.
  • Experience managing pan-India sales teams is mandatory.
