The Challenges

  • Build and manage relationships with specification partners, architects, specifiers, and designers in the designated territory to secure product specifications in projects and BOQs.

  • Generate market demand through effective territory management, sales meetings, and presentations to businesses, targeting key contracts in the Building Materials and specification channel.

  • Identify, target, and visit architect firms and related clients, building
    relationships to expand market influence and project specifications.

  • Work closely with Sales Executives, regional and national teams, and core functions (marketing, logistics, legal, finance) to align with strategies and achieve business objectives.

  • Take initiative to identify problems, develop solutions, and seize opportunities to enhance processes, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach to responsibilities.
