Build and manage relationships with specification partners, architects, specifiers, and designers in the designated territory to secure product specifications in projects and BOQs.Generate market demand through effective territory management, sales meetings, and presentations to businesses, targeting key contracts in the Building Materials and specification channel.Identify, target, and visit architect firms and related clients, building
relationships to expand market influence and project specifications.Work closely with Sales Executives, regional and national teams, and core functions (marketing, logistics, legal, finance) to align with strategies and achieve business objectives.Take initiative to identify problems, develop solutions, and seize opportunities to enhance processes, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach to responsibilities.
