Key Responsibilities

Staffing & Operations

  • Develop and implement staffing strategies for Domestic / India - IT Staffing.
  • Lead recruitment and operations teams, ensuring smooth delivery and mobilization.
  • Oversee end-to-end hiring cycles including sourcing, screening, deployment, onboarding, and compliance.
  • Manage Domestic / India - IT Staffing documentation, visa processes, onboarding, and mobilization.
  • Ensure SLA adherence, operational excellence, and process governance.
  • Optimize ATS, dashboards, and recruitment analytics.
