Signature Alliance Inc is a nationwide real estate services company seeking an experienced Title Search & Post-Closing Processor to support nationwide operations inside Qualia.
We are expanding rapidly and require professionals who understand U.S. title workflow, payoff coordination, lien release tracking, and county-level research.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Perform current owner title searches (nationwide)
• Review and identify open liens, judgments, and encumbrances
• Order and manage mortgage payoff requests
• Conduct structured lender follow-up
• Track and confirm recorded mortgage releases
• Coordinate HOA/estoppel requests when needed
• Maintain accurate status updates inside Qualia
Requirements:
• 2+ years U.S. title or escrow experience
• Experience working inside Qualia (preferred)
• Strong understanding of county recording systems
• Knowledge of mortgage payoffs and lien releases
• Ability to manage 15–25 files per day
