Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints from Spanish-speaking clients.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications

  • Native Spanish speaker with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have a valid passport and work visa (for foreign nationals).
  • With prior BPO experience in a customer service environment.
  • Preferably with a Training Certificate or Diploma (must be translated into English).
