Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cruise Trade Coordinator to join our team.

  • Earn your place as a vital component of our organization by ensuring timely shipping, delivery, and invoicing; tracking performance against established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  1. Maintain competitive pricing through proficient handling of service quote requests.
  1. Ensure seamless customer interactions at both the origin and destination; provide prompt responses to their requirements.
  1. Oversee the entire customer ordering process from initial inquiry to final delivery.

No prior experience necessary. Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting or Business Administration preferred but related fields also accepted. English fluency required.
