The Project Manager stands at the center of a complex set of relationships among the client, RINA, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors who deliver the elements of the project. The skill of balancing the demands and expectations of these groups lies at the heart of a successful project. The Project Manager is accountable for obtaining and managing adequate resources to meet all project objectives in the most efficient and effective manner.
