The Families and Children’s Specialist Services team are looking for a Navigator Case Manager to join the team.

Join our dynamic team as a Navigator Case Manager, where you’ll work closely with disengaged youth, their families, and schools to break down barriers and create pathways back to learning. You’ll provide tailored support, advocacy, and coordination of services to empower young people to achieve their goals.
