Navy Construction Instructor - Gulfport MS The Instructor will develop training materials and provide hands-on education to personnel.

The trainer will maintain records of training activities and employee progress and monitor effectiveness of programs.

Under the guidance and supervision of the Training Manager, the Trainer will administer, organize, and conduct training and educational programs in connection with management and promotional development, on-the-job training, and employee orientation.
