NC Programmer

Qualification

Diploma or B. E/ B. Tech in Mechanical/Aerospace

Experience

4- 6 Years & 6- 8 Years

NC Programmer-Machine Shop (Aerospace experience Mandatory)

Knowledge on engineering drawings, including GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) symbols, Machining Process,Aerospace Material

Experience on CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, NX, CATIA, SolidWorks) to create toolpaths and generate G-code for 3, 4, and 5-axis machines

Experience on cutting tools and work-holding fixtures or jigs used during the machining process.

Experience on software simulations (like Vericut , ICAM ) and handle troubleshooting on prove out.

Knowledge to Create detailed ‘setup sheets‘ and instructions for machine operators, including tool lists.

Work Mode : 6 Days a week
