Job Summary
:To analyze, troubleshoot and repair malfunctions on a wide variety of advanced technology machine tools and electronically controlled plant equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Independently diagnoses and repair unusual and difficult electronic, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical malfunctions of computer controlled electronics and subsystems to optimum operating condition. Regularly uses a wide variety of test equipment including oscilloscopes, frequency counters, function generators, stroboscopes, laser measurement equipment, voltmeters and ammeters in machine diagnoses and repair.
• Becomes thoroughly familiar with and adheres to machine operation and adjustment procedures, lubrication and alignment requirements and preventive maintenance instructions. Adjusts, calibrates and verifies operational performance of subsystems and their integration with other
