Regularly cleaning and lubricating machine components like bearings, slides, spindles, and coolant systems. Inspecting for wear and tear on cutting tools, belts, gears, and other critical parts. Replacing worn or damaged components as needed. Checking coolant levels and quality. Performing alignment checks on machine axes and components.
