- Responsible for monitoring all consumer, dealer and vendor correspondence handling and response including insurance tracking, insurance total loss and Quebec loan billing.
- Verifies all documentation (e.g. release, correspondence, accounting items, statement of accounts, etc.). Letters are confidential and contain detailed information and accuracy must be verified.
- Monitors all adjustment processing on loans or leases, due date changes, rewrites, loan auditing...
