Overview The NDE Program Manager serves as CB&I Services' Radiation Safety Officer and technical authority for radiographic testing and advanced non-destructive examination methods supporting both self-performed and subcontracted construction activities. This role is critical to ensuring regulatory compliance, technical adequacy, and safe execution of all activities involving radiation-producing equipment.
