Job Description

  • Performing, Interpretation and Evaluation of NDE methods like PT, MT, UT and RT as per ASME Section V, ASME Section I or VIII
  • Preparation of NDE reports, technique sheets and other documentation
  • Development of new NDE techniques
  • Procedure preparation as per ASME Code/Customer specification and getting approval of the same from Customer
  • Day to day NDE planning, Job allocation to NDE personnel and long term resource planning of NDE department
  • Cost estimation of NDE for project enquiries
  • Maintaining Calibration of NDE instruments
  • Co-ordination with other departments, contractors and TPIs/Customers.
  • Maintaining documentation of Personnel Qualification as per SNT-TC-1A.
  • Hands on experience on Digital Radiography & Computed Radiography, Conventional Film interpretations.
  • Mandatory BARC Level-I /II Certifications as a core requirements for this role. 

    • Note: Preference will be given to Candidate having experience of Advance NDE techniques like ToFD, PAUT, Digital Radiography or Computed Radiography
