A leading NDIS service provider in Australia is seeking a Customer Care Team Member for a part-time role from 10am-2pm, minimum 3 days per week. The successful candidate will support customers, service providers, and support coordinators through complex inquiries in a high-pressure environment. Responsibilities include managing inbound communications, documenting interactions, and maintaining composure during challenging scenarios. Ideal candidates have previous customer service experience and strong communication skills. Hybrid working options are available.
