Job Description


The successful Client Services Coordinator will have previous and proven experience in rostering, scheduling or coordination of servicesΒ for clients (preferably in disability or healthcare sector).


The main responsibilities will include;

  • Coordination of scheduling of Support Workers in accordance with client needs and preferences ensuring contingencies are in place and shifts are filled.

  • Regularly liaise with clients and their families to understand support requirements and preferences.

  • Support with care coordination of our clients.

  • Maintain accurate records of staff availability, qualifications, preferences and use this information to inform scheduling decisions (Carelink Plus)

  • Monitor and manage absenteeism and impacts.

  • Proactively pre-empt resourcing gaps and resolve to ensure services for clients are not disrupted.
