What you’ll be doing:

  • Helping participants understand and maximize their NDIS funding.
  • Connecting clients with the best local therapists and community services.
  • Preparing high-quality reports for Plan Reviews.
  • Building participant capacity to lead their own lives.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in NDIS Support Coordination.
  • A "can-do" attitude and a knack for problem‑solving.
  • Current NDS Worker Screening Check & Driver’s Licence.
