Job Description

Candidate must have a knowledge of NDE methods .He must have ASNT NDT Level II qualification in NDT methods (RT, UT, PT and MT). He should be versed with ASME and IBR Codes. He must have knowledge of NDE instruments. His responsibility includes,

  • Interpretation of Codes, Standards and Specifications

  • Development, demonstration, qualification and approval of NDE procedure as per ASME Codes, standards and specifications

  • Establishment and approval of techniques

  • Establishing LMB’s NDE procedures

  • Performing, Interpretation, Evaluation and reporting of NDE as per ASME codes, standards and specification whenever required

  • Resolving NDE related issues

  • Monitoring and control of NDE subcontractor

  • Maintaining calibration of NDE equipments

  • NDE report preparations, TPI/customer witness

    • Note: Preference will be given to Candidate having experience of Advance NDE techniques like ToFD, PAUT, Digital Radiography or Computed Radiography
