Nebraska Ag Service Manager

We’re looking for a Shop Manager to oversee our growing shop work. There are 8 technicians to keep busy, with lots of growth opportunities with a well-run operation. Sales volume has doubled since expanding!

The shop also reconditions trade-in units to restore them to good operating condition. Making sure internal work is being accomplished is a big boost to the company as well.

Customer satisfaction is a large goal for our Service Manager. Maintaining good working relationships with customers while their equipment is being repaired, is made easier by having some of the latest technology to diagnose and repair issues. We also have rental units available to limit down time due to in-shop repairs.

So since expanding our operations, we need someone to help guide others, and grow with us! If you have some experience with Ag equipment, and Sales or Service managing experience, let’s have a talk!
