The Opportunity

The NEC4 ECC Project Manager will assume responsibility for administering the Design and Build Contracts under which the Schemes will be delivered on behalf of the NTA in a proactive and timely manner and within the periods for reply within the relevant contract. This may include managing payments, the programme and compensation events, overseeing risk management by means of early warning process, among other contract mechanisms, and issuing all instructions, notifications and other communications required under the contract.
