This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of the Council's capital programme, adhering to NEC3/NEC4 contracts, governance requirements, and Council policies. The successful candidate will lead on-site supervision, contract administration support, programme monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and customer-focused delivery.
