Creative Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Create: Manage and inspire the creative team while personally contributing to asset creation across digital, print, retail, and social media platforms.
- AI-Enhanced Copywriting: Use AI tools to generate, refine, and scale brand copy—from campaign headlines and email marketing to product descriptions and packaging language—ensuring a consistent, human-centered voice that reflects Nectar Life’s playful, uplifting tone.
- Graphic Design Execution: Oversee and execute on-brand visuals for packaging, signage, email campaigns, and digital assets, maintaining a cohesive aesthetic across all platforms.
- Product Photography: Plan, direct, and shoot creative product photography sessions that highlight texture, color, and storytelling—capturing the sensorial joy at the heart of Nectar Life.
- Creative Direction: Translate business goals into creative concepts and campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and brand love.
- Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to design visually rich content and short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Influencer & Content Partnerships: Work with creators and influencers to ensure content aligns with brand standards while allowing for authentic expression.
- AI Workflow Integration: Evaluate and implement AI-powered design, writing, and editing tools to improve creative efficiency and output quality.
- Data-Driven Design: Test and optimize creative assets based on engagement metrics and customer behavior insights.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop designers, copywriters, and content creators—setting clear goals, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
- Brand Consistency: Uphold brand guidelines across all creative outputs, ensuring a distinctive and cohesive Nectar Life identity.
Qualifications
- A strong portfolio showcasing design, photography, and campaign leadership across multiple media.
- Proven ability to lead creative teams while actively contributing as a designer, writer, and photographer.
- 5+ years of experience in creative management, art direction, or a similar role within beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom); proficiency in AI-driven tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Adobe Firefly a plus.
- Experience with product photography, lighting, composition, and post-production editing.
- Strong copywriting skills with an understanding of tone, storytelling, and consumer psychology.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media trends.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- A passion for innovation, curiosity about emerging technologies, and a love for bringing joy through creativity
