Need a plumber to replace a toilet flush system

Hello, I have an old toilet flush system that is leaking and not working properly. I need someone experienced to come and replace the entire flush mechanism. The bathroom is in a small house in Dublin, and I would prefer if the work could be done efficiently and with minimal disruption.
