Need help assembling flat-pack furniture for new home

I've recently moved into a new house and have several pieces of flat-pack furniture that need assembling, including a bed frame, wardrobe, and dining table. I'm looking for someone experienced with IKEA and similar brands who can efficiently put everything together. Ideally, you should bring your own tools and be able to work carefully to avoid any damage. The furniture is all in the living room, and I can provide clear instructions.
