Need help renovating a damaged interior wall

I'm looking for someone experienced to help renovate a damaged wall in my living room. The wall has some cracks and old paint peeling off, and I want it to look smooth and fresh again. Ideally, the job would include repairing the cracks, sanding, and repainting. I prefer someone who can bring their own tools and materials, but I’m open to discussing that. The room is about 15 square meters, and I want the work done carefully to avoid dust spreading to other areas.
