Need help to change a ceiling light bulb

Hi, I need someone to come and change a ceiling light bulb in my living room. The bulb is a bit high up, so I would appreciate if you could bring a ladder. Also, I prefer an energy-saving LED bulb if possible. It should be a quick job, but I want it done safely and properly. Looking forward to your help!
