Need help to clean and optimize my computer

Hi, I'm looking for someone experienced to clean up my laptop. It's running very slowly, and I suspect it has a lot of unnecessary files and maybe some malware. I'd like a thorough cleanup, including removing junk files, uninstalling unused programs, and running antivirus scans. Ideally, you could also optimize startup processes to speed it up. I use it mainly for work and browsing, so I need it to be reliable afterwards. Looking for someone who can come to my home in Dublin and do this efficiently.
