Job Description

Working closely with the Director of Quality Enhancement, you will play a central role in designing and implementing tailored interventions for students at risk of becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training). This includes leading re-engagement activities, coordinating with various departments and external agencies such as Solihull Council, and ensuring that interventions are delivered effectively to meet the individual needs of students.

As a NEET Project Manager, your responsibilities will include designing and delivering engaging taster days, transition sessions, and a dynamic curriculum to prepare students for full-time study or progression opportunities. You will be a key liaison for curriculum teams, support services, parents, and external partners, working proactively to reduce student disengagement and promote progression pathways such as Supported Internships.
