This client-facing role, based in our Manchester office, plays a key part in guiding buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants from initial enquiry through to completion or move-in. You will manage a large applicant database, conduct viewings, handle offers and negotiations, and ensure transactions progress smoothly and compliantly. The role suits someone with a genuine passion for property, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while supporting the wider team and meeting all compliance and procedural requirements.
