Job Summary

The NEMT Routing Specialist plays a critical role in the day‑to‑day operations of our transportation services. This role involves planning efficient routes, assigning trips to drivers, negotiating trip acceptance, and ensuring schedules run smoothly. Strong presentation and negotiation skills are key to motivating drivers to accept assigned trips and maintaining operational efficiency.

You will work closely with U.S.-based operations staff and drivers to optimize scheduling, improve trip efficiency, and maintain a high standard of service for patients.
