    • SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  • NNP - Board Certified -  REQUIRED  (cannotaccept FNP, PNP, or any other NP certifications)

  • Active AZ License -  PREFERRED (will also consider AZ license in-process)

  • Experienced providers -  PREFERRED  (will also consider new grads)

  • Note any previous work experience with Mednax/Pediatrix -  REQUIRED
