We are currently seeking a .NET AI Lead developer to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

  • a .NET AI Engineer, who can leverage .NET ecosystem and bring cutting-edge AI capabilities into enterprise applications, making them smarter and more autonomous.
  • Utilize Copilot extensively to prototype, develop, and refactor applications within the existing enterprise .NET framework.
  • Collaborate with architecture teams to ensure that AI-generated code components integrate seamlessly and adhere to established enterprise architectural standards and design patterns
  • Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), their underlying mechanisms, and current limitations.
  • Working experience with RAG, Agentic AI and MCP.
  • Stay ahead and continue to explore latest advancements in AI-assisted coding tools.
  • Integrate Copilot capabilities within our existing DevOps pipelines to automate and enhance CI/CD processes.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Define and document enterprise-wide best practices, prompting guidelines (Prompt Engineering), and acceptable usage policies for Copilot, ensuring they align with security and compliance standards.
  • Proven hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot (or similar AI coding assistant) in a professional setting.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in software development, with a minimum of 2 years focused on the Microsoft .NET ecosystem (C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core/5/6+).
  • Expertise in object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and common .NET design patterns.
  • Familiarity with modern software development practices including Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, and Git version control.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both engineers and executive stakeholders.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in debugging and optimizing AI-assisted code
