The role:

As a .NET Developer, you design and develop backend systems, work with technologies like LLMs and OCR, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable software that streamlines legal workflows.

We're Looking for:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
• Advanced English Level Required.
• 4+ years of professional backend development experience using C# and the .NET ecosystem
• Experience integrating
  LLMs
  (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic) and
  OCR tools
• Hands-on work with
  microservices
  , Git,
  CI/CD
  , and automated testing
• Ability to design effective
  prompts
  and reduce hallucinations
• Knowledge of
  observability, performance optimization, and cost tracking
• Nice to have:
  Cloud (Azure/AWS), Docker/Kubernetes, MongoDB, React, vector databases

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain backend services for AI-powered document extraction, e-filing, and legal workflow automation
• Integrate with LLM APIs, OCR tools, and court systems to enable seamless data flow
• Write and review scalable C# code in a microservices architecture
• Collaborate with PMs, partner companies, and engineers to scope and ship features
• Improve observability for AI features via logging, metrics, and cost tracking
• Stay current on AI and document processing tools; share actionable insights
• Contribute to shared infrastructure and cross-functional development efforts
• Contribute to quality through testing, code reviews, and process improvements
• Recommend product enhancements based on technical insights and user behavior
• Pitch in on related duties as part of a lean, high-impact team
