The Role:

Expectations from the Role

  • Lead and mentor development teams in .NET software design and development
  • Architect, design, and develop complex and critical applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure seamless integration of software components.
  • Hands-on Coding, adherence to coding standards, and performance optimization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide guidance to team members.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and system architecture diagrams.

Ideal Profile:

Must-Have

  • 7+ years of work experience using .NET
  • Very sound in .Net Core, Asp.Net, MVC, C#, Web API, Angular (16 or above), Visual Studio 2022, GIT (Local server), Typescript, Html, CSS.
  • Should have work experience in MS SQL Technology, Trigger, Stored procedure, batch job
  • Should be familiar with test environments and testing process
  • Should be familiar with change control process and deployment process
  • Should provide L2 Support (Impact Analysis) & L3 Support (Bug Fix & Enhancement through change request).
  • Understand requirement gathering and design documents

 

Good-to-Have

  • Good communication skills
  • Should have a good experience in other UI Technologies
  • Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile way of working
