The Role:
Expectations from the Role
- Lead and mentor development teams in .NET software design and development
- Architect, design, and develop complex and critical applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Hands-on Coding, adherence to coding standards, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide guidance to team members.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and system architecture diagrams.
Ideal Profile:
Must-Have
- 7+ years of work experience using .NET
- Very sound in .Net Core, Asp.Net, MVC, C#, Web API, Angular (16 or above), Visual Studio 2022, GIT (Local server), Typescript, Html, CSS.
- Should have work experience in MS SQL Technology, Trigger, Stored procedure, batch job
- Should be familiar with test environments and testing process
- Should be familiar with change control process and deployment process
- Should provide L2 Support (Impact Analysis) & L3 Support (Bug Fix & Enhancement through change request).
- Understand requirement gathering and design documents
Good-to-Have
- Good communication skills
- Should have a good experience in other UI Technologies
- Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile way of working
