Minimum Technical Skills

- 3 Tier Architecture Concept of Client, Server, Request, Response

- RDBMS Database SQL,serve- Tables, Queries (select, insert, update, delete,

create), Joins,Stored Procedures, Functions, Cursors

- ASP.Net Framework with C#/VB.net - ,Database connections, Grid, Session,DML,

Team foundation Check out/in

Project Environment Exposure

Candidate should have self-created minimum one project having below basic functionalities:

Login page (integrate captcha)

Dashboard (display some important information)

Menus (for page navigations)

Master Module(s) (use textbox, dropdowns, grids, radio buttons etc.)

Transaction Module(s) (use above controls, date picker etc.)

Report(s) (proper design)

Job Description:

-Write clean, scalable codes using .NET supporting programming languages

- Remain up to date with the terminology, concepts and best practices for coding

-Develop technical interfaces, specifications, and architecture

- Adapt and use the existing standard procedures, nomenclature

-Unit testing covering all possible scenarios before handing over to Tester

-Assist online support personnel in handling live issues, trouble shooting

-Coordinate within the team for better understanding, knowledge share and health work

culture

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong proficiency in ASP.NET development.
• Solid experience in working with HRMS and Payroll systems.
• Knowledge of database management and SQL.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
