  • Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain complex applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET Core MVC, and related technologies.
  • Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, lead code reviews, and enforce coding best practices.
  • Architecture & Design: Contribute to technical design discussions and help architect scalable software solutions.
  • Code Optimization & Performance: Write efficient, scalable, and secure code; troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.
  • Agile Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Testing & Documentation: Develop unit/integration tests and maintain clear technical documentation.
