Will write high quality code to create complex business applications; test software during development; perform quality assurance and user acceptance testing; prepare software for deployment; provide post implementation support; prepare application documentation.<br /> <br /> The Senior Application Developer will:<br /> Use the latest tools and techniques (.NET, .NET Core, C#, Agile Methodologies, Web Services, SQL, SSIS)<br /> In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, functional programming, and front-end languages<br /> Prepare software for deployment to production environments<br /> Respond to and resolve questions and issues logged by users of a live system<br /> Manage small projects independently and work as a team member on larger projects<br /> Perform other related duties as required and assigned<br /> Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values</div> <div>Qualifications:<br /> Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience<br /> Up to 7 years of relevant work experience<br /> Knowledge of Agile Methodologies, such as Extreme Programming (XP) and Scrum is helpful<br /> Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL)<br /> Knowledge of design patterns, refactoring and unit testing<br /> Experience with Linux and open-source software is a plus<br /> AWS Environment - EC2, SQS, SNS, Lambda, Containers, API Gateway experience highly preferred<br /> Financial services experience, especially related to mortgages and mortgage backed securities, is desirable<br /> AI Co-pilot or equivalent AI coding experience is a plus</div>
