A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a L2/L3 .NET Production Support Engineer:


Position type: Full Time - Contract

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: Charlotte, NC/ Plano, TX/ Addison, TX (3 days onsite)



Need a L2/L3 .NET Production Support Engineer with to support a mission-critical .NET/Windows-based application in a high-availability financial environment. This role focuses on incident response, log analysis, break/fix support, and working closely with development teams during escalations. Outages that impact merchants are treated as Severity-1 (SEV-1) and require immediate engagement.

Key Responsibilities

L2 Responsibilities:

  • First response on production alerts.
  • Perform Splunk log analysis.
  • Troubleshoot user-facing and merchant-impacting issues.
