<p><b>Role Overview</b><br/><br/>Net Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager with 10+ years of deep, hands-on experience in Technical and Corporate hiring. This is a leadership role of elevated responsibility, accountable for recruitment strategy, hiring delivery, employer branding, and building high-performing recruitment teams aligned with business goals.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br/><br/><b>Talent Acquisition Leadership</b><br/><br/>- Own and lead end-to-end recruitment for technical (IT) and corporate (Non-IT) roles across levels<br/><br/>- Deliver hiring targets through strong planning, execution, and stakeholder partnership<br/><br/>- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on hiring trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices<br/><br/><b>Strategy, Planning & Market Intelligence</b><br/><br/>- Define and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth<br/><br/>- Conduct market and competitor mapping to guide sourcing and compensation positioning<br/><br/>- Design selection matrices to identify optimal recruitment channels and sourcing models<br/><br/><b>Team Leadership & Operations</b><br/><br/>- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to deliver consistent hiring outcomes<br/><br/>- Ensure operational excellence, process maturity, and high recruitment quality<br/><br/>- Drive continuous improvement across recruitment workflows and systems<br/><br/><b>Employer Branding & Sourcing Excellence</b><br/><br/>- Own employer branding initiatives across digital, social, and offline channels<br/><br/>- Implement advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, social recruiting, and niche platforms<br/><br/>- Research, evaluate, and optimize job advertising and recruitment campaigns<br/><br/><b>Stakeholder & Vendor Management</b><br/><br/>- Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and executives<br/><br/>- Manage external recruitment agencies and strategic hiring partners<br/><br/>- Plan and execute campus hiring, recruitment drives, job fairs, and mass hiring initiatives<br/><br/><b>Metrics & Governance</b><br/><br/>- Track and analyze recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and hiring quality<br/><br/>- Monitor and optimize recruitment costs while maintaining quality and speed<br/><br/>- Interview and assess candidates for managerial and critical roles<br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications & Skills</b><br/><br/>- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Technical and Corporate Talent Acquisition<br/><br/>- 4-5 years of experience in TA leadership roles<br/><br/>- Strong corporate hiring background in technology-driven organizations<br/><br/>- Proven expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, and other social/non-social channels<br/><br/>- Bachelor's in HR field or higher (MBA is preferred)<br/><br/>- Proficiency in ATS and HRMS platforms <br/><br/>- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills<br/><br/>- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities<br/><br/><b>Why Join Net Solutions</b><br/><br/>- Lead hiring for a globally respected digital and technology organization<br/><br/>- Work closely with leadership and influence critical business outcomes<br/><br/>- Be part of a culture that values ownership, innovation, and continuous growth</p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
