Technical/Functional Skills 1. Work experience as a .NET Developer for at least 5 years 2. Proficiency in building web-based applications 3. In-depth knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (like C# and Visual Basic .NET) 4. Familiarity with agile environments

Roles & Responsibilities 1. Analyze system requirements and prioritize tasks 2. Write clean, testable code using .NET programming languages 3. Test and debug various .NET applications 4. Review and refactor code & Upgrade existing programs
