What you’ll do?

• Provide L2/L3 support for .NET-based applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Analyze and troubleshoot application errors, performance issues, and integration problems.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
• Maintain and optimize SQL databases, including writing queries and stored procedures.
• Support applications that integrate with Core Java components.
• Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
