Role Description

We are seeking a hands-on NetSuite Administrator  with strong experience supporting CPG and Beauty brands . This role will own day-to-day NetSuite system administration, configuration, reporting, and user support across finance, supply chain, inventory, and order-to-cash processes.

  • The ideal candidate has worked in high-growth, SKU-heavy environments  and understands the operational nuances of beauty and consumer packaged goods businesses (lot tracking, bundles/kits, promotions, 3PLs, Shopify integrations, etc.).

Key ResponsibilitiesNetSuite Administration & Configuration

  • Own day-to-day administration  of NetSuite, including roles, permissions, workflows, forms, and records
  • Configure and support core NetSuite modules:
  • Financials (GL, AP, AR)
  • Inventory Management
  • Order Management
  • Demand Planning / Supply Planning (where applicable)
  • Manage items, BOMs, kits/bundles , price levels, and promotions typical to CPG & Beauty
  • Support multi-location inventory , 3PL integrations, and warehouse processes
  • Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and configuration logs

User Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Act as primary NetSuite point of contact  for business users
  • Provide Tier-1/Tier-2 support and training for end users
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and reporting
  • Assist with testing, UAT, and deployment of enhancements


Required Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of hands-on NetSuite Administrator  experience
  • Experience with SuiteScripts
  • Experience supporting CPG, Beauty, Personal Care, or Consumer brands
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • NetSuite Financials & Inventory
  • Saved Searches & reporting
  • Item, kit/bundle, and pricing setup
  • Experience working with SKU-heavy catalogs  and fast-moving inventory
  • Familiarity with Shopify–NetSuite or similar eCommerce integrations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
