NetSuite Administrator

Rapid7 is a publicly traded Cybersecurity company headquartered in Boston, MA with 17 offices around the world. We are excited to be expanding our Global footprint into India and as we build out our internal Application Engineering team we are looking for Netsuite Administrator. As a Netsuite Administrator you will work alongside global team members to manage and optimize our Netsuite environment. You will have expertise in NetSuite configuration, custom scripting (SuiteScript), report development, and integration with other systems. The role also requires experience with Jira for task management and adhering to SOX controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations. You will work closely with various teams to ensure all changes follow change management policies and procedures. About the Team
Our Rapid7 Enterprise Application engineering team is a team full of dedicated engineers who are committed to achieving optimal results for Rapid7. They ensure this by analyzing and debugging production issues and recommending ways to maintain and improve the overall health and wellbeing of the application and its integrations which provides overall improvement for end users.
About the Role
In this role you will do the following:

  • Administer and maintain NetSuite ERP system including user management, roles, and permissions


  • Handle support tickets from NetSuite support during US business hours (minimum 5-6 hours overlap required)


  • Configure and customize NetSuite modules (Finance, CRM, Inventory, etc.)


  • Create and maintain custom records, fields, forms, and workflows


  • Develop and maintain reports, saved searches, and dashboards


  • Perform system updates, patches, and testing in sandbox environments


  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with NetSuite support team


  • Train end-users and create documentation


  • Ensure data integrity and perform regular system audits


  • Required Qualifications


  • 3+ years of NetSuite administration experience


  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules and SuiteScript preferred


  • Experience managing support tickets and working with NetSuite support


  • Must be available for 5-6 hours overlap with US time zones (EST/PST)


  • Understanding of ERP systems, accounting principles, and business processes


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


  • Excellent communication skills in English


  • Preferred Qualifications


  • NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification


  • Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics


  • Knowledge of integrations and APIs


  • Background in finance or accounting
