Job Title: Net Suite Consultant (Remediation & Optimization) Location: Remote Industry: Healthcare / Clinical Research Overview: We are a clinical trials and research organization seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Net Suite Consultant to revitalize our ERP environment. Following a challenging implementation in 2025, our system requires significant remediation to move away from manual data entry and towards fully automated, efficient workflows. Key Objectives & Responsibilities: System Revamp: Audit and fix configuration issues from a previous suboptimal implementation. Process Automation: Eliminate manual data entry for transactions; implement automated workflows and scripts to increase efficiency. Module Focus: Accounts Receivable (AR): Streamline invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition specific to clinical trials. Procurement: Optimize the procure-to-pay process.
