Job Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a NetSuite Supply Chain Administrator to manage day‑to‑day supply chain execution across purchasing, production, inventory, and logistics within NetSuite. This hands‑on role requires strong NetSuite expertise, a working understanding of CPG manufacturing, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams with precision, ensuring accurate transactions, clean data, reliable costing, timely production execution, and clear end‑to‑end inventory visibility.

Key Responsibilities

NetSuite Purchasing & Production

• Issue purchase orders in NetSuite for packaging components, raw materials, and formula or fill services.
• Record and reconcile corresponding purchase order bills accurately within NetSuite.
• Maintain and oversee Bills of Materials (BOMs) for all SKUs to support accurate production execution and product costing.
