Role: Network ACI
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 8-12
Must Have:
Switching (Cisco Nexus, and Catalyst switches), Routing (Cisco OSPF, BGP, i WAN), Wireless (Cisco WLC), Firewall (Cisco ASA/FP, Checkpoint & Palo Alto, VPN, ZScaler), SD WAN, Cisco ACI, Cisco SDA (Software-Defined Access) fabric, Prime and ISE.
Responsible for Designing and providing WAN/LAN network administration, Enterprise wireless, SD WAN administration and Cisco ASA /Palo Alto firewall administration.
Troubleshooting the Level 3 and advanced network issues and performing call backs ensuring issues are resolved & appropriate solution is provided to the customer.
Initiate improvements in tools (Solar Winds, Panorama, Prime, Cisco DNA, Infoblox) requirements gathering and processes.
Responsible for investigating causes, tests solutions & suggest solutions in place to reduce the time taken to resolve the network related tickets.
Make recommendations based on analytics to improve performance and optimization of network infrastructure.
