Network Administrator

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Network Administrator role to support a mission-critical DHS program out of Annapolis Junction, MD. *This role requires an ACTIVE Secret Clearance*

Responsibilities of the Network Administrator:

·Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPN

·Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies

·Perform packet captures, analyze firewall logs, and resolve network issues using diagnostic tools

·Manage and secure LAN/WAN environments, including tenant network segments and transport layers

Qualifications of the Network Administrator:

·5+ years of experience in network administration/operations or related field

·Hands-on experience with Cisco ASA, Cisco FirePower, Cisco Catalyst or Cisco Nexus

·Strong experience with F5 LTM/GTM and KEMP Load Balancers
